Mr. Coles is a native of Florida and grew up in Safety Harbor. He received his Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) from the Howard University School of Law in Washington, DC. While in law school, he served as legal trainee in the Executive Office of the General Counsel for the Washington Nationals Baseball Club. During his time there he engaged in research, analysis and writing regarding business transactions and litigation. Additionally, he served as a student attorney for the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia where he provided legal representation for indigent clients facing parole revocation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Coles served as a judicial law clerk in the Connecticut Superior Court. Upon returning to his home state 2014, Mr. Coles opened his own law office where he practiced business, real estate and construction law. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the College of Business at the University of South Florida. While attending the University of South Florida, he was awarded several honors recognizing his academic achievements and worked as a licensed real estate agent for Century 21. Mr. Coles enjoys spending time on the water, traveling and playing with his nieces and nephew.
